This strain of yeast is universally formulated for white, red, rose and sparkling wines. Suitable for alcoholic fermentations under difficult conditions and restart fermentations. High tolerance to alcohol. Suitable for any dessert wine, giving a pleasant aroma.
Quick start, low foam formation, rapid fermentation, compact sediment.
» Temperature range: 15-30 °C.
» Alcohol tolerance: up to 14 % vol.
» Dosage: 2.5 - 3 g / 10 L, normal conditions.
» Sprinkle evenly over the brew, leave for 15 min and mix well.
» Note: mixture‘s temperature should not exceed 15- 30°C at the moment of adding yeast to it.
