Order Processing Time

Our standard order processing time is 2 working days. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends and UK holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

United Kingdom Shipping

All orders ship free within UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping to destinations worldwide through our partnership with Global-e, our trusted global commerce partner.

All international orders are processed and shipped through Global-e. Once you place an order, your transaction will be securely processed by Global-e Payments. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a separate email with tracking information once your package leaves our fulfilment centre.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

International shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping speed during the checkout process.

Because we utilize Global-e as our Merchant of Record, all applicable customs, import duties, and local taxes (such as VAT) will be calculated and guaranteed at the time of checkout. You will see the total landed cost of your order before you complete your purchase. There are no additional fees, charges, or unexpected costs required to be paid upon delivery.

Certain items may be restricted from international shipping due to local regulations, hazardous materials, or brand restrictions. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
