Mixed Dried Vegetables
A tasty and very convenient substitute for fresh vegetables saving you from the need to peel, chop and prepare them when you are in a hurry or on the move. Add directly to soups, stews, casseroles and curries to add colour, flavour and texture to your finished dish. Rehydrate in boiling water for approx 20 min or until soft and then add to dishes such as savoury rice, stir into pasta and couscous.
