Based on a mixture of powdered grape, fruit, berries, herbs and flowers, which allows enhanced extraction of fruit taste and aroma, quicker fermentation and reduced sediment volume/easier fining.
Byzantium white wine
Medium to full bodied, golden in hue and slightly tart, crisp and rich in varietal character.
Byzantium rose wine
Rose table wine, fruity, bright reddish pink in color. A delicate, light to medium body wine.
Byzantium red wine
Fruity and delicate red classic style wine, light to medium body,with a hint of fruitiness.

⯀ Ingredients pack: yeast (dried yeast, emulsifier E491), nutrient (yeast nutrients, vitamins and trace minerals), stabiliser (sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate), gelatine (porcine, sulphites), ClariSil (silica solution)

⯀ Mango powder pack: none (present in product), cereals, soya, celery and mustard (handled by manufacturer)
