The kit includes a special blend of milled dried fruits, berries, and herbs, along with all the necessary ingredients to produce high-quality red wine at home. The traditional drying and processing methods preserve the full nutritional value and aromatic characteristics of the fruits and berries. The result is typically crisp, dry, and lightly bitter or herbaceous. Only water, sugar, basic equipment and careful adherence to the enclosed step-by-step instructions are required. Rich full-bodied wine 11-12% abv.
