The ideal mixture of citric, tartaric and malic acids for wines, must and juices.
Added for increasing the acidity and taste qualities of wines, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.


The ideal mixture of citric, tartaric and malic acids in a balanced proportion for wines and juices. It used in wines that are naturally lacking in acidity. A wine with too little acidity will taste flabby and flat, with less defined flavors and doesn't keep well. The acidity is an important factor in both wine making process and the finished product. Acids are present in both grapes and wine, having direct influences on the color, balance and taste of the wine as well as the growth and vitality of yeast during fermentation and protecting the wine from bacteria.

» Dosage: 1g/L increases acidity by 1%. Add directly to the wine.
